Matthew 6:2 – “Therefore, when you do a charitable deed, do not sound a trumpet before you as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may have glory from men. Assuredly, I say to you, they have their reward.”
Brothers and sisters, do not misunderstand these words. Let’s say that you have gone to a disaster site or to a location and did some service work for others. Share the excitement of that experience and let them know that they too can be of service to others. Sharing the joy of service will bring others to the cause and then they too can share with others. And there it goes, on and on and on.
