We are excited to remind you that the CBC Annual Meeting and Worship Conference is just days away! Join us from July 18th to 20th at Chiques Church, 4045 Sunnyside Road, Manheim, PA.
Our theme this year is “Reaching forth…I press toward the mark of the high calling of God” (Philippians 3:13-14). We hope this theme will inspire and uplift you as we gather together.
Check-in opens at 1:00 PM on July 18th, with sessions starting at 2:00 PM and evening worship at 6:30 PM. Meals will be provided for Thursday evening, Friday lunch, and Friday dinner, ensuring we have plenty of time to connect and share in fellowship.
We are delighted to offer Spanish translation on-site and via live stream on the CBC website, ensuring everyone can fully participate and enjoy the conference.
We encourage you to deeply reflect on our theme in preparation for the conference. Pray that God’s Spirit will be powerfully present, blessing each moment we share. Seek His guidance to broaden our impact as individuals, within our congregations, and across the world. May our efforts touch lives far and wide, spreading the love of Jesus. Let us dedicate ourselves to striving for His high calling and remaining faithful to our mission.
The CBC Youth Conference will also be taking place concurrently. This year, our youth are focusing on a service project to assemble care packages for local homeless shelters. They are collecting essential items like socks, underwear, soap, toothpaste, toothbrushes, and other personal care items. These packages will be donated to the Water Street Mission in Lancaster. It’s a wonderful opportunity for our youth to serve the community and tangibly share God’s love. Please bring your donations to support their efforts.
