“He who testifies to these things says, ‘Yes, I am coming soon.’ Amen. Come , Lord Jesus. The grace of the Lord Jesus be with God’s people. Amen.” Revelation 22:20-21 NIV

The last verse of our Bible. Early believers would often part with the word, “Maranatha!” which is an Aramaic word that means, “Come, O Lord.” As we begin the Season of Advent, which is a Latin word meaning “coming,” We remember the long wait of the Jews for their Messiah. Who or what are you “waiting” for this Christmas? Revival for our nation? God’s healing touch? Reconciliation? A friend or relative you haven’t seen in a while. Like a child waiting for Christmas morning, we wait eagerly. The Lord IS coming! Maranatha! Pray for those who wait!

Sing: “O come, O come, Emmanuel, And ransom captive Israel, That mourns in lonely exile here, Until the Son of God appears. Rejoice! Rejoice! Emmanuel, shall come to thee O Israel!”

Please pray for the following congregations and pastors:
