Pray for all the churches that are struggling with the leadership of their districts to leave the COB. John 10:2-4; “The man who enters by the gate is the shepherd of his sheep. We live in a world of great insecurity, stress, fear, and uncertainty.  Let us find assurance, peace, courage, and hope in Him ---   many who are anxious, fearful, and living stressful lives.  God says, “For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind” (II Timothy 1:7). Heavenly Father, in this world that too often seems disjointed, searching and confused; may we be reminded that you are a God of order and purpose!  That with the passing of every moment You are accomplishing Your holy and righteous will. Heavenly Father, we praise You because You are our Stronghold, Rock of Refuge, Protector and Defender. Thank You for giving us Your Word that is “alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart.” (Hebrews 4:12). Help us to “watch out for those who cause divisions and put obstacles in (our) way that are contrary to the teaching (we) have learned.” (Romans 16:17) We ask for protection from the evil one and wisdom and discernment to recognize the deception of false teaching. Sanctify us by the truth that comes from Your Word.
