1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 – “Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.”
Stop for a minute and think about these words. Does a true believer have any excuse for living a life of pessimism? How can life look any better for us than what we know we have? We have Jesus as our Savior and God, and His word is guiding the way.
